Xml Format

On occasion you may encounter some xml content that is unformatted
(like raw content from a web service).

>

   <blah><foo>one</foo><bar>two</bar></blah>

Executing :XmlFormat will reformat the current xml file like so:

>

   <blah>
     <foo>one</foo>
     <bar>two</bar>
   </blah>
